The Heat Map 360 is limited to individuals who have completed their Heat Map self-assessment and purchased the 360, either on their own or through their organization.
Up to ten people you work with (your boss, peers, direct reports, or senior executives) rate you on 50 of the same statements, five for each area. You then receive a personal report comparing how you see yourself with how they see you.
We use the email from your self-assessment to enable your 360. Enter that email and your 360 password below, and we’ll send your private 360 link.
